How big are the files usually when recording the entire trading day?

Does anyone record their screens during the trading day? I'm looking for good software to do this. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

Mainly to fund a retirement account. Any traders have any experience on how to do this? I've read that I can have a guaranteed payment or I can just pay myself via 2 schedule C's. :confused: Would love to hear what others are doing!
