What amazises me is that NASDAQ was so quick to open the COCO back up beofre they told anyone what they where doing. How could they open the stock, then 2 hours later say certin trades are broken. Why didnt they just wait to open it back up . Was the company presuring them?

Are any of the providers of bullets fighting this decision? I remember when NASDAQ took away Super SOES for Montage they delayed it a few months because some of the ECNS had problems with it. There must be some away to appeal or some sort of injunction these providers can bring up in court or...

I hear that about a month ago ARCA, BRUT, INCA all lowred there prices too add and take liquity on the NYSE. Can anyone tell me the rates, and links to find those rates? thanks
