Buyers of stocks aren't required to even have the money in the account for 3 days. So after you sell a stock you have to wait 3 days to use the proceeds.

The Fed is now in a bind. Rates can no longer go lower and printing is the only way they can stimulate. My guess is they will keep printing until the currency markets or gold forces them to take another path.

I don't think I understand this. Doesn't Japan have the highest Debt to GDP of the largest economies? Do they hold all these treasuries to suppress the Yen? Are these foreign reserves subtracted from their Debt to calculate the Debt to GDP? I never hear anybody discuss this. Any help is...
