Prices will start to lose their steam and gradually fall in the next 5 years. I would be selling any REIT's you may have in your portfolio. Also, avoid volatile areas such as LA, San Fran, NJ, and NY.....

Look at the general U.S. Market Charts for the year 2003. The summer months will have a nice performance, followed by a drop in late September. Buy tech NOW, and re-load later this year. Stocks are the BEST place to be for the next 3-4 years.............

How can U.S. rates be so low when commodity prices keep soaring? Because under-developed countries are buying our bonds as a "safe-haven" compared to their own nation's investments. Since these countries are booming, they are pouring cash into our bonds and supporting the low rates we see...
