I read on the bat system website that you can develop strategies based on Stocktwit activity.....that is pretty bad ass!!
I have read about this fund as well as others popping up...
How funny you just posted this. There was just a thread here that was deleted about Broad Street. I posted to it an hour ago and now its deleted.
Anytime I see a thread deleted it makes me wonder.
Basically I warned everyone that Broad Street International was accepting US traders that...
I also already trade at FXCM so this is a no-brainer for me. I have been searching all over for a true prop FX firm and have not been able to find any. The ones that claim they are "prop firms" that let you "trade our money" make you take their training course for $10,000. Then they will let...
Follow up: The guys from Bear had a group of traders blow up and screwed over a few of their biggest traders. They started a new firm called BIG Trading. Be careful....it's run by the same guys that have poor risk management and aren't afraid to screw you over.
This is what I have heard. Bear Trading got hit with a huge loss from a foreign group. That basically shut them down. They screwed over many of their foreign traders, but paid off US ones. They started a new group but I'm not sure what the name of it is.
I don't think Genesis has stolen...
I prefer a No Dealing Desk....liquidity can really dry up and spreads can go crazy wide with an ECN broker. FXCM for me (and 150,000 other forex traders, more than any other firm). They have access to the top 12 banks in the forex market that compete for your orders, so you always get a fair...
When stocks went for 1/8's to 1/16th's everyone said day trading was dead. It wasn't. When stocks went from 1/16th's to pennies everyone said trading was dead. It wasn't. When the NYSE went electronic everyone said day trading was dead. It wasn't.
Traders need to adapt. At then end of...
There you go again with your lies about the regulators pressuring prop firms "behind the scenes". Give us proof or stop spewing your lies. Give us the name of firm that has been pressured. Put up or shut up. Still trying to figure out your motives for your "sky is falling" mission, but I'm...
So by your definition GoldmanSachs, E-Trade, Ameritrade, etc., are all bucket shops since they also primarily make money off the number of trades you make!
The forex broker I trade through is commission free and for USD/EUR has typical spread of 1.8 pips and as low as 1.0 at times through a No Deal Desk.
I always thought this was pretty good. Am I missing something?
