I joined topstep trader and I am very confused.
My system trades US stocks NYSE and NSDAQ.
On there simulator you can not trade stocks. So what good is this. When I ask why not here is there answer.
no sorry, only futures contracts traded in simulator
Combine trading is a great chance for someone that can write a program but does not have the personal funds to trade their own account to prove themselves.
TopstepTrader charges a fee to trade in there combine. This makes me think that is how they make their money charging for the combines...
If this was a typical week would this be worth while or not
Trade NYSE, NASDAQ stocks
Price range stock $9 to $90
Daily average volume greater then 1 million shares
10-30 trades week
$5 to $10 dollars profit week (100 shares =$500 to $1000 week)
King of ass you are right I will lose my 5000.
Once again I never said I want to get 56, or 7
I just do not have 25k. an you need 30k to have the same 5k cushion as with a 5k prop account.
Whats the difference if you start with 30k lose 5k down to 25k and you can no longer trade...
I never said 1500 deposit. I no a prop firm is just a retail account getting around the 25k daytrading rule. I do not have 25k so I must get around this rule. 5k is no problem. I do want low desk fee or no desk fee. I am not a newbee.
Well after 14 pages, 80 replys posting, not much to go on for a good safe prop firm, 2-3 Props mentioned. I really do not understand why someone does not talk about where they trade and are happy. Let's try a different approach.
Prop is for experience traders not newbees please.
Will you post...
