Thanks! Are margin interests and market data fee complex requirements? I thought they were common for stock traders. The interests looks similar to mortgage interests to deduct the rental income, which is actually straightforward in TurboTax.

I see NQ previous close @ 11469.25，would 11469.25*0.95 the down limit? I tried to place an limit order slightly above this number a few minutes ago, but was told "The order price is outside of the allowable price limits" by IB TWS. Do I miss anything?

LOL. If it's been decades long, I suspect that feature is legacy code, and thus none wants to touch it. And such task comes with very low priority to fix, unless the customer complaints are too loud to ignore. Could it because they don't actively support the "Classic View"?
