I've been watching Wall Street Warriors, a HDTV show on the Mojo network. Is it true that this guy Tim Sykes turned $13k into millions in a few years as a teenager? It couldn't have been dumb luck. Who taught him or did he just use his own logic on why to buy and sell?

How did you learn to trade stock? Did you just go out and do it? I've got a bunch of books lined up by Lynch, Cramer, Kiyosaki, etc. I'd like to learn as much as I can before I make the dive into this world. Any tips are appreciated.

Should I form an LLC or corporation to day trade under? Or do most people just do it on a personal account? I feel that incorporating would offer me more legal and financial protection on all the riches I will make. Your thoughts?
