the "activetick online support" has been green with "offline" status since I'm their client (few months)...and I don't expect it ever to go online :) so, make some profits and divert to more reliable provider. pity because for the price activetick is excellent when it works.

My experience (using apple/os x) is that CPUs don't matter than much. I have i7 macbook model 2017 and i5 10th generation desktop. The CPU saturates extremely rarely, it's never the bottleneck. The desktop is with 32G ram and in any sort of daily use feels snappier and faster than the laptop...

Hi, I've been using activetick for few months with dev account and had positive customer support experience until this weekend. Noticed that options history requests timeout. Notified support but no reply so far. Anyone else having similar problem?

Hi, I subscribed for ActiveTick where I get options tick data with trade conditions values. Can I calculate open interest out of this? Would be grateful if someone can point me to description of the trade conditions for beginners. Went to the CTA spec but it's bit cryptic to me at this point.
