That was the problem I was having Bob but that was on v10.11 so I changed to v981. This new problem with the charts was on v981. As it happens, I could only correct it by going back to v10.11 :banghead:. No doubt something else will happen soon. I'm thinking of using Das now.

Something else happening now. Charts are taking ages to load. Just a blank screen, no message. :mad:

I've downgraded to v981 after it happened again on Friday. Guess what?! It's happened yet again. Can't believe how poor this software is.

That's interesting. I've always found 981 the most stable. But I kept getting messgaes on login saying to update, as 981 would no longer be supported or something, so I did. Anyway, I've updated to the latest and it's ok ( for now, lol).

He's told me to update to latest version: 10.12.2e

My Bid/Ask quotes are not updating automatically in the OE window in TWS. Anyone else notice this. Happened Wednesday well (didn't trade yesterday so not sure if it happened then too), ended up closing it down. Notice if I wave my cursor over it, it does update o_O, otherwise not. Now the...

Anybody got quotes on this stock. I have no quotes, and the Order Entry panel says it's not available for trading. Anybody not using IB have the same problems?

Can't help there I'm afraid, don't use hotkeys. One thing I've noticed though is that you can't pop-out charts on TV. At the moment I have my TI scanner and my IB chart I trade from on the same screen with TV charts on the other screen. Charts not popping out means I can't simply replace my IB...

This is fantastic news. as we all know, IB's charts are shit, they had probs just last week. I was thinking of looking at Ninja. I already use TV's charts but have to still trade through IB's as they're not connected. This changes that. Will def give it a try. Those asking about data, I pay for...

I agree. What's important for me is that I can trade directly from the charts, so I can't just use any chart package. Somebody above mentioned Ninja, looking at it now. looks quite good. Might give it a go.
