Absolutely 100% sure it was not me. On one day, I wasn't even at my monitor. And, I have been trading with many brokerages and platforms over a 15 year period with no similar issues.

That is the weird thing is that I had never touched the log files and don't even have the know how about how to access them. So I am not sure why they weren't there. It seems like there were log files yesterday though.

I also want to make it clear I am not trying to speak badly about AMP or MultiCharts, since they seem genuinely interested in trying to figure out the issues. I am just trying to see if anyone has ever had something similar occur.

That is good to hear. I hope this is resolved then. Like I said, they seem genuinely interested in resolving things. I just have never experienced anything like this in 15years of trading at a variety of firms.

Yeah, dealt with the trade desk last week when it happened and again today. They ran the logs, etc., but it hasn't been resolved yet. Meanwhile, I am out 30K+ in total from these issues.
