I was getting Rejected trying to Buy to Close on naked puts. Did this happen to anyone else?

Did you happen to have any ordering issues? I was simply trying to close short puts, and their software was rejecting my orders saying "not allowed to open new positions." I contacted support and they did not have a good answer for this issue.

I'm just getting into futures options and hoping you guys can give some recommendations on brokers that provide the Greeks and some graphs. I am aware of TOS, but they don't offer a large variety of products. Thanks in advance.
