Thats Ok but i chck for IB upgrade eveyday. I want the newest and best. I am not sure your probs are from upgrades are you? I have gad no probs with upgrdes but maybe you do but why?:confused:

I have not had any probs w/IB ...rock solid right here. all updats instaled and working good. Very good excutions, not down at all this morn. I am sure there are more too. IB very good.

Hello Fellow traders! Need some input here please... I am considering purchasing AmiBroker for backtesting, real-time alerts (w/e-signal), etc. but... What are (if any) the limitations of this software compared with others such as Wealth-Lab? Are there any? Can AmiBroker backtest...

I still don't understand. Why not buy/short then watch price direction. Enter your sell/cover whichever direction the price edges toward. I have a fear of adding additional problems/bugs etc with these third party "unknown" add-ons. Is my fear unjustified here? Thanks fellow traders.:)

Outstanding work Quah! I do have one question though... why is everyone clamoring over automated order entry? I use IB and isn't it simple enuf to keep a close eye on the futures movement and then enter the appropriate buy/sell when the price gets close? Why even bother with automated...

I will chech again and try to change those entries. Q: To your knowledge has IB prevented anyone from trading futures for any reason after upgrading from a stock margin acct to a universal acct? (Other than for the reasons you already mentioned of course) Thanks again!
