Bafin is fine as long as you trade a sim account. When company gives you a real money account you could be in trouble.

Their DD is eod. No highwater mark. Data is via CQG, not Rithmic. Platform is Tradovate. After qualifying you get a funded account with Tradovate, no paper trading like many others. Withdraws are whenever you want. I´m not an expert, but it doesn´t sound that bad.

There is Heldental in Vaals. But I don´t know if they are legit. Make some research. Good luck.

FTMO does offer not any futures trading with CME products, so CME rules don´t matter. FTMO offers forex and CFDs.

In their demo mt5 account margin for Bunds ist down to 250 .... :)
