Does anyone have experience negotiating margin debt. On Monday I lost 175k due to massive margin call. This left me with 25k negative balance owed to my broker. If anyone has been thru this situation before advice would truly be appreciated. My acount was with interactive brokers. Thanks

I am currently a day trader with only schedule D income. Lenders do not qualify my income because it is schedule D. I do not want to leave the tax advantages of this area. So has anyone had any experience getting a loan with Schedule D income only? I have heard it takes 3 years of tax...

Has anyone come across any news about the Debt Ceiling. Last I heard Congress had until Feb 7th to make a decision. Is this still valid? Also heard they could potentially use "extraordinary" measures to extend deadline. Any information would be appreciated, thanks Fortnox
