as far as my experience is concerned ive had far too many incidents with poor fills or trade throughs on limits and stops over IB's globex routing. i use to use em a year or so ago and experieced many problems. i switched brokers and have not had the same experiences since. recently i opened one...

yikes, that ridiculous. i use refco too and its nothing close to that. last i heard they were offering intro rates of $3.50 a side, all in. the jtrader connection is extremely reliable and their telephone and customer service is top notch.

as long as were talkin per contact, id have to agree. according to a guy i know who ran the retail accounts for an IB, 20 pts/contract/day is extremely rare indeed. emphasis on extreme. possible but not very probable. one things for sure though, you are dead on about all the idiotic bullshit...
