You need to reverse the months....confusing labeled this way.

I have a 7/1 ARM for 3.32.....rate tops at 7.95 worst case...I dont plan on living in the same house for more than 7 years....whats not to like about these rates!

Take a look at the deferreds'---- Someone buying cattle in this equation looks very wrong. Will fundamentals win over insanity in the end? Bottom line is Feeder Cattle looks terribly expensive relative to Live Cattle right now in some of the deferred months like April/Jan or...
