I think he has some great setups and a willingness to help people. There are a ton of free YouTube videos that can help people get into trading.

There is a psychological difference between paper trading and trading with real money. Why not find a broker with $1 commissions for 100 shares and trade 1-100 shares until you get a profitable strategy?

NECs have a 3 year warranty... which is good because I've had to send in 5 LCDs for repair in the last 6 months

You just gotta love these openings when hundreds of traders all head for the door at the same time. Opening orders were great a year ago... now it's just another diluted strategy used to fill training classes and churn commissions. IMHO.

i bought some 18.1" NEC LCD1830s and have had 4 of them die in the last 2 months... I strongly suggest staying away from the NECs.

It seems like most manufacturers have somewhere around 10 dead or shorted pixels. I have not found any bad pixels on my NECs.

ya, they are not digital... but I didn't really want to upgrade all my video cards to digital. Strangly enough the monitors have 2 analog inputs. I was just seeking the best price/performance ratio and although the 18"s were a bit more expensive... I didn't want a monitor smaller than the 19"...

I just bought some NEC 18.1" LCDs for about $750 each. They work great and hard to beat the price with a brand name monitor. Check out www.pricewatch.com to compare prices. FWIW, FTIComputer.com sorta jerked me around saying the monitors would ship at a specific time... which they didn't and...
