why the sudden sell-off? any news?

i see that dvol has been higher uvol the entire time, yet we're trading close to positive side does this happen often?

i rarely have luck shorting stock markets, eur etc. etc. it seems to me every time i go short, it bounces.. thats why i hate bear markets :( my solution is to look to buy bonds when stock markets go down
