Can you tell me your personal reasons why options on futures are not necessarily lower risk than playing straight futures? I have heard varying viewpoints in regard to this, and was wondering why you thought it wasn't a safer method.

Are there any prop firms that teach you to swing trade? It seems as if most are geared toward day trading. But my interest and temperament is toward a longer horizon like swing trading. I've been in the markets for 5 years, but mostly on the research side. I've traded personal accounts using...
