Anybody here knows the first year trader churn rates at Optiver, IMC, and Flow Traders? I'm in the middle of making a decision and it seems really difficult to get that information (or accurate information, anyway).

Is anyone able to share more about the reputation and compensation of Flow Traders? How does it compare to places like Optiver / IMC / Virtu? How much should a first year trader expect to make there, and what are the 'exit opportunities'? Thanks.
