For those who have the 3rd and 4th editions (anyone at all?), is the 4th edition as good as the 3rd? I mean Stigum wrote the 3rd but Crescenzi "updated" the 4th. Is it still in the same style, same quality?
I suspended him (both of his accounts on that thread) and I have no idea why he's tolerated here. He's had at least three other accounts banned on FF, plus banned accounts on other sites (he also goes by mach1).
