Does anyone trade Brent Oil on ICE with IB? If you do, what data feed do you use? I heard IB's feed is terrible for intraday trading.

I am a price action trader with a full time job during the day in the US. I am looking for some high volume stocks or ETFs that are nice to trade on a 5 minute chart while I am not at work. It would be great to trade the European or Asian equivalent of the SPY, but it looks like ETF's...
