Frightening sentiments abound in this industry. Everyone's panicking, because things must change. I used to work in the music industry. It's still reeling from its business model meltdown that is just now making the national news in terms of its true severity.

I agree with the advice to get that CPA, and trade on your own for awhile. Get a job. In today's climate that's about all you can ask.
