    They didn't because they were forex. MetaTrader was the "broker" side there.

    Other risk in this space is if the live sim infrastructure providers, e.g. Rithmic/Tradovate get hit with a cease & desist for provision into live sim operators. Then it doesn't matter where any evaluator is located.
