HFT's provide liquidity. Which I think is great for when I want out. However, I also see that HFT's minimize volatility which decreases my probability of executing really great intra-day trades. In other words, HFT's limit my reward while keeping the risk the same. Diminishing Returns...

I had a business back in 2010 that was unrelated to trading. We were contacted by the BBB to buy a membership. Any business can buy a membership and than claim BBB on the website, door, counter. I laughed so hard. Elwood

It seems Echo is your best fit. I have no experience with Echo. WTS is ok. WTS works for rebate and HFT trading. I have experience with WTS. T-3 use to be a great group of traders but it seems that T-3 is all about selling education now. I have experience with T-3. Elwood

My understanding is that it is a WTS office.

I checked out the Philly office and felt it was a bit drone like / HFT guys. I will attempt to contact them and see what type of environment they have there. Thanks for the heads up.
