While im not involved in the CDS market, I am curious if anything has changed since the GFC and bailout of AIG. What lessons have been learnt (if any) by CDS insurers like AIG.. And is AIG even still active in the market anymore?
I think CQG could do something like this. They have a trading a program that allows you to see all the orders sent to market and pulled (i forget the exact name now).
only catch is you cannot see the whole order book with this, only the 5 or 10 levels the exchange allows.
its not playing poker that helps.. its the lessons u learn to become successful at it that is what helps you. become highly successful in any difficult field, start trading, apply the methods you used to become successful previously to your trading and you will do well.
