6E volume is fine with decent volatility up until about noon EST. You can trade it from 8am - noon if the London open at 4am is too early for you.

The reason i said that is I know a vendor that sells a system which trades ambush on a tick chart...he just happens to use TOS and Sierra and his account is with infinity. Looked like too much of a coincidence to me.

Amen...and I would not be surprised if this guy praising ambush trades is a vendor...I'd bet on it.

CTA's were killed last week just like they were in the fall of 2008 because most sell options on S&P futures - leverage on leverage. There are dozens of CTA premium sellers doing this and even the ones selling spreads get killed.
