My strategy is a mechanical system integrated with price action, and I don't need bar to bar analysis (only the pattern matters, not the bar), so it is feasible to use sound alert. Bar to bar analysis is an exhausting way to trade the market even though some people are good at it.

Integrate SOUND alerts in your system/strategy, so you don't have to look at the monitor all the time. Most of the time (70-80% at least) market is in consolidation, there is not much to do during that period, if you are only playing trending or momentum.

You need to make more this kind of calls to convince people that you certainly hold some magic though.
