He is not scalping like me, so i wonder whether i could still apply some of the rules. I read 20 pages, but still couldnt figure out whether his strategy was profitable?

well the thing is that i cant really set any rules on it, but rather do an ongoing analysis whether of the price, whether it will go more up and down. From my experience, i take my profits too early, missing out on many pips.
