i have to give tradenyse for help with open nyse formula. as for hi lo of the first 3 min. one can probably set esig charts to 3 min bar. as for filtering it for nyse, you need to talk to esig help.

anvil, to get nyse open from esig. put this in your excel cell: =winros|open!'bac=n' for bac nyse open.

i trade with ib but use esignal and ib booktrader w/nyse open book for 'tape reading'

fyi, yahoo's closes are ok but not the opens.

hi don, thanks for the reply. i check both ib and yahoo's "opening" prices against time & sales for symbols like bac, c, hal, and others and nowhere are they at what t&s shows. nyse charges money for that info so probably need to do that. i tried esignal dde with excel but excel is too...

does anyone know where i can get nyse opening prices? ib doesn't give out nyse prices anymore and it is good to have them for strategy development. thanks.
