Seeking a prop I can trade options at remotely. Looking for competitive commissions and an account where I will not be hit with the pattern day trader rule with <25k deposited. I was looking at Maverick Trading, but they charge 5k for education, and I'm not super keen to pay for that.

Only big shop I know of is SIG. Group1 says they have an office on their website, but that office is really just a mailbox and a single chair at the PHLX. If you find out something, let me know.

Addendum: White Bay still has an PHLX membership and a Philladelphia address. They have an office address on Market Street, do you know if anything is actually there? Looks like there are a couple of other really small shops who don't have websites.
