Futuresource.com has good clean data you can get. You can get intraday/daily/weekly/monthly charts on their web site.. If you want realtime data, their FSXTRA product is quite cheap, I believe $60 + exchange fees and it's web based..

You might want to give QT+ a shot.. It's a pretty solid online system for little money. Here is the link, you can get a couple week demo . http://www.qtinfo.com/ Let me know if you sign up, I know some people who work there and can get you setup rather quickly.

I personally use Commodity Channel Index and Fast Stochatics for my charts.. Gives me a pretty good idea which way the market is going to go.

You might consider using Futuresource.com for delayed quotes and charts.. Great content for free quotes and interactive charts. Futuresource also has a pretty cheap web based product called Fsxtra.. I believe it starts at $60 a month plus exchange fees. Something to consider.

In Futures, your best bet is probably buying options.. Your risk is limited and they are not that expensive to get into. Or Day trade the E-Mini S&P ..
