Hey guy, where and how did you come up with 19.14 as a measured move for QQQ's? Your calculation from 8/22 high of 26.21 - 9/5 low of 21.93 = 4.28 is correct! However, you should be using the 9/11 high of 24.35 - 4.28 = 20.07 as the correct measured move! ... not the 9/11 low of 23.42...
