T-3 may just be the worst firm out there, most of the traders lose their money and after this happen not too long ago i would stay as far away from them as possible...
Are you out of your mind? They tried for access to other traders accounts, they must have got the access for the sec to bring charges against them. Harsh would mean the shop should be closed down which i believe it should be
I would think if he works again for t-3 as a CFO there would be no doubt in my mind he did this for the firm. Here is a question, why would a CFO want access to another firms traders?

After reading this how is the firm not shut down?
Good for him, if he got taken advantage of he should expose the scam. The regulators are all over and want info to save the people, most of these guys are just like a thief in these cases without the gun and well dressed. Their 44 isn't loaded with bullets it's loaded with BS
That is fine, you should assume some responsibility if any more victims surface after this. It's called collusion by silence and sites like this who enable these predators should be held accountable as well.
I DIDNOT mention cool trade as a scam, i asked if this vendor had any dealings with the Co in question.
This has nothing to do with COOL TRADE..... You pay for an educational service and you don't gain anything to reflect the price you would feel the same way. I paid you 976.58 to fix...
