    dvda420, Don't forget commissions and exchange fees, if you are going to be trading 50k-100k shs. a day, expect comm/fees of @ least $1000 a day before you have even banked one penny. so big mistake is coming out of the gates heavy to make the "rent" money...frankly, you should trade 1K shares...

    95% of equity "investors" are not losers (over the long term) even after inflation and taxes they come out ahead. IMO.Many "speculators" lose because like any business, you're going up against talented competitors(whether its the restaurant business, dry cleaning or trading).

    T-bills are issued every week, so the secondary market will have bills maturing in less than a week (liquidity would pose no problem)...the problem w/ cd's is if a bank goes into default it usually takes the FDIC months to sort out if bank gets closed, sold ect....Unfortunately,FDIC doesn't pay...
