same issue, made a post while back. Contacted support w/o a fix. Sometimes flipping tickers or zooming is a temporary fix.

They are one of the best for intraday prop firms. great content for education.

you use to be able to edit/add this setting in profile area of portal. I bet its gone now w/ zero commissions.

I am familiar with trade alerts in TWS (IE - alert me when AAPL price reaches below $100.00 and buy at the bid x # of Shares). My question, since stops do not trigger in the afterhours/premarket, can you use this feature as way around that? say I am long MSFT, setting price & trade alert...

Sorry you had a poor experience. :( I've been thankful for IB in my time. Professional type of broker for us retail folks; but trading liquid names. Not perfect but perfect does not exist.

I've tried what you have tried. Medved I just couldn't get use to. Best combo I found is have separate charting software and just use TWS for the executions. Personal preference between the TC2000, Thinkorswim, Esignal platforms.
