Are there any wildcard symbols for sector and/or industry that will allow me to view the proper one every time I change my symbol? Thanks!

I am referring to seasonal and/or micro/macro correlations such as if a countries major export tanks it’s economy may suffer or when the dollar goes up how do other markets throughout the world react? Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks!
