TOS has turned into POS! 2 days of this is uncalled for.

I was connected at 6:00 a.m. My Occidental stock was showing $14.47, I didn't realize it had lost connection till I tried to place an order on another stock, but wouldn't go through. My OXY stock had dropped $800 Thanks ToS
