Have to currently agree with most current comments in regards to poor service, however I do feel the big decline has happened in the last year or so. I use to get great service and knowledgeable people but when they made the "great" decision to get rid of the 800 # for support I have a feeling...

agree with Rudolf you must have card designed for Multi-monitors, have run a Dell for over a year with combo Nvidia GForce & Matrox G200MM running 5-monitors...36+charts,,L2, several T&S, & quote boxs never a problem......Matrox on E-Bay new --$260.00 FYI

Again tks to all for the input to original post. Have since purchased Matrox G200 MMS Quad, and 2 Dell M991 19" monitors all brand new w/warrantees, thru EBAY, for less than just the card from Matrox direct. Uninstalled NVIDIA card, downloaded driver for XP from MATROX site, and everything...
