If you use PageTraders messenger service, there is absolutely no way you can manage the returns he claims. Nightly report gives decent s/r levels, all else is garbage.

Not 100% sure. But imagine that during RTH it sits over on Globex's equipment and in the Overnight it moves back to the IB servers.
