From what i know Ninja settled with TT years ago. So every Ninja user is paying a fee indirectly to TT. Thats why i would never use Ninja because i dont want to support TT with their lame patent policy.

Im running TWS on 64 bit Win7 since a few month now. Installed without any problems. I think i have both 32 and 64 bit java installed. I can double check that tomorrow, the 64 bit machine is at my office.

B1S2, did you change your overall strategy? Before you used to let the winners ride and trail the stop. Or did you cash in the profit because you use a diff strategy when trading smaller timeframes?
