Yes I have. At the time TD Ameritrade allowed the option of opening an account by sending them printed paper off of they're website. A very good option I think every broker should have.

Does anybody get worried when you open a new account with a broker and you have to put your social security number on the internet, I sure do.

I do not think Ninjatrader has they're own platform, you have to pay for both the platform and the data feed.

Does the 1 - 2% rule apply to futures trading at all. If you have a $5000 account 50-100 dollars is 1-2%. You should be setting your stops at a 50-100 dollar loss on a trade, yes or no.

This will fix the lag. Go to Youtube, type in the search"trade brigade" and scroll down until you see the video "optimize thinkorswim for daytrading performance". The video is 4:20 seconds long. Make the adjustments.
