Looks like I can't short because it's an IRA account. So index futures it is .. Can't do the Micro because it's a TDAmeritrade account. They charge $4.97 on a Micro. Which is absolute thievery. Thanks for the reply.

I had a good look at Retail Forex. No one makes a living in retail forex as the only source of income. It's rather dismal and delusional mostly Is futures trading like the ES any better ?
