I also sent a couple emails about one month ago and two weeks respectfully without a response. Nothing! I also called to no avail and I'm pissed because my only other option is Bright, which I might add has been extremely responsive and professional. Never thought I'd be saying something nice...

Back to dlincke point as a US citizen your kinda screwed one way or another but I know of several Canadian residents whom trade outside of Canada for half the year in a tax free country as we're taxed on residence status and not citizenship...thus these guys are trading tax free...kinda...
