I doubt it. nothing has really changed in years. yes the 56 test for some firms but again prop shops/arcades are so small in the eyes FINRA/SEC and other agencies.
everything will remain the same. I highly doubt Dodd Frank Act which is 10000s of pages even mentions this small world...
ppl have been saying that about CY for years..... they always seem to pay out/have no problems. they run a different business model which seems to work for them as they are still in business after all the ups/downs(NO I do not trade/represent them)

1. live on the cheap
2. get a second job/part time (to keep your mind of trading 24-7 and pay the bills)
3. the first 6 months seems to kill most traders (blown account as they try to make up for lost time since they havent made the money they need)
