No…my wife is from Shanghai. I’ve traded from HK and SG (while on vacation) and got low latency using IB. They have servers in both locations. I am a night person and the hour doesn’t bother me.

Correlated market concerns and (back-testing) in mho is highly overrated. Walk-forward optimization of the entire portfolio works well for me!:)

If you have C# expertise you can do virtually any thing using NT. The platform provides most of what you need allowing you to just add-on.

You are correct CPTrader ,DeeDeeTwo is the one that's an amateurs or maybe not a trader at all. I've co-located using unattended low latency systems in Chicago for the last two years.
