i did some works with ms charts. http://www.volumedigger.com/Charts/Intraday_Stock_Charts.aspx i would avoid ms charts if i am doing something serious. with silverlight you have to create everything from scratch. didnt try my hands much on that though so i may be wrong.

its pouring money for the govt. before stt nobody knew how much the govt earned from capital gains (a wild guess would be below 1K Crores INR). with STT its more than 10K Crores INR. i Crores = 10000000.
