For all you Market Profile traders out there did anyone catch Jim Dalton's presentation at the Futures Trading Summit? What did he talk about?

Bolter, I use Market Profile to swing trade (time frame would be from 1 to 10 days). Do you think that MD would provide any value to judge how well the market is facilitating trade using 30min MD bars?

Does anyone know of a decent trade simulator? I need a program that will allow you to specify your account size, simulate margin requirements, limit orders, stop orders and trades all the US futures?

Where did you see the volume breakup between the pit and screen?
