i had been studying this strategy and i ffe the same. there is som much price movement on individual stock that its difficult. u can try AMZN which is little slow compared to RIMM or AAPL.

I am also trying to find something simmilar... telechart and metastocks are the best BUT are very expensive. I have QT but they are not know for scanning. telechart -89$/mo, meta -135 $/mo

Hi amitman, are u paper trading or are this actual trades. are you presetting your orders with 20 cents tragets and 10 cents stoploss. is it a bracket order or a manual order. I know that you also look at stoch crosses. are you not using 25HMA anymore. thanks

yes will also incorporate some very oversold and overbaught option strategy. one of the strategy is to see if RSI close below 30 or over 80. start buying 1/4th of size. make sure its greater the 60 days expiry. If you have 100K stark with 1k as 1/4th size.

I found a simple strategy and it works perfectly. Not day trading but little longer term. I found it in yahoo groups. my strategy is to wait for pullback on qqqq for >1 % and go long on first strength day. hold for 7 days and sell. I wanted to see how i can use option to minimize my risk...

using this method i am trying to trade usd.jpy pair through IB. seems like plenty of liquidty afterhours. would like to know why i cant see tick chart for this. I am charting in QT and CAN see 2 min chart. but if i go for tick chart dont see anything. Is that the default for currency...
